My stay at the hotel was enjoyable overall. The staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay. The hotel's beautiful and clean look impressed me, and the room service was excellent. The rooms had comfortable beds and sufficient amenities, while the location was perfect for my needs. The breakfast had delicious options to choose from , and the view from the windows could not have been better.
Although my stay was delightful, I did notice that the electrical outlet in the bathroom was not functioning correctly, and the front desk did not fix it despite my complaints.

The hotel had beautiful and clean decor which helped me to feel relaxed and comfortable. the room service was prompt and efficient, making my stay more convenient.
There were a few things that could have been improved. the electrical outlet in the bathroom didn't work and it wasn't repaired despite informing the front desk.

The hotel had a beautiful and clean look, which made a great first impression. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help out with any needs or questions we had. We also really enjoyed the convenience of room service, as it gave us the flexibility to relax in our rooms instead of having to go out to eat.
Our stay at this hotel was not perfect. The beds were quite hard and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
